Sea Level
Santa Teresa, Costa Rica. July 21–26. 8 spots.
For five nights, eight hand-selected people gather on Costa Rica’s Nicoya Peninsula — one of the world’s five Blue Zones — where longevity is not pursued, but emerges naturally from a life rooted in movement, connection, purpose, and presence.
You will surf. You will meditate. You will share meals, stories, and laughter. But none of those are the point. The point is remembering what it feels like to trust yourself, to feel awe, and to be fully engaged with your life.
Sea Level is intentionally intimate. Participation is limited to eight people and begins with an application and conversation to ensure alignment, depth, and the integrity of the experience.
The Place
Santa Teresa is the kind of place that reminds you how little you actually need.
The ocean is warm. The jungle is alive. Days are measured by tides, sunsets, and the people you’re sharing them with.
We chose Santa Teresa because it changes the way people feel.
Something slows down here. Your shoulders drop. You sleep deeper. You laugh more.
Life becomes less about getting somewhere and more about being exactly where you are.
Before the retreat even begins, the place is already doing its work. The Ocean
Every morning starts in the water. You’ll paddle into waves that ask for your full attention. Fear, excitement, curiosity—everything sharpens.
For a few moments, there is nothing else.
Not your inbox. Not your responsibilities. Not the version of yourself you’ve been carrying around.
Just you and the ocean.
The wave doesn’t care who you are. It asks only that you be present.
And when you stand up on a wave you never thought you could catch, something shifts. Not because surfing matters. Because you do.
The ocean has a way of showing people who they are.The Stillness
Most people try to meditate while carrying the weight of everyday life.
At Sea Level, things happen in a different order.
You spend the morning in the ocean. You move your body. You challenge yourself. You exhaust the noise.
By the time you sit down, stillness is no longer something you’re chasing.
It’s already there.
Meditation becomes less about learning a technique and more about remembering what it feels like to be fully here.
To notice. To receive. To experience life as it’s happening. The Recovery
The recovery is part of the experience.
Long mornings in the ocean. Afternoons by the pool. Sauna. Cold plunge. Blue Zone-inspired dining. Deep sleep.
The kind where your phone matters less. The kind where you wake up rested instead of recovered.
Where conversations stretch for hours.
Where there is nowhere else you need to be.
Luxury isn’t something we add on top.
It’s woven into the rhythm of every day.The People
Eight people. Because the room matters.
The people around you shape what becomes possible.
Over six days you’ll surf together, eat together, challenge yourselves together, and share conversations that rarely happen in everyday life.
Strangers become familiar.
And sometimes the right conversation at the right moment changes the direction of an entire year.
This isn’t networking. It’s belonging.
